PRIVACY OF CHILDREN Our Site is not intended for children. Children and anyone under the age of 18, and anyone without a certified medical card, are not allowed to use our Site. If you are under the age of 18, or of legal age but do not have a state-certified medical card, you can use this Site only in conjunction with permission from your parents or legal guardian and only with state and medical approval. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under age 18, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.
What personal information is collected?
Information You Give Us. When you contact us or opt-in by registering on the Site, making a purchase, registering to receive alerts or other information via email, text, or instant message, we may collect your name, age, location address, email address, phone number, as well as other information that you directly give us. Information Automatically Collected.

Shangri-La Dispensaries’ Site is restricted to only those over the age of 21, or over the age of 18 with a valid medical marijuana registration card. Shangri-La Dispensaries does not intend for and takes steps to prevent access to its Site or Services by children, and is committed to protecting the online privacy or children. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Shangri-La Dispensaries will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13).
