

Columbia, MO—September 18, 2025—Shangri-La Dispensaries today announced that prominent cannabis leader Greta Brandt has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Operations for the growing national cannabis company.
Brandt is the former president of The Flower Shop, where she oversaw the rapid expansion of the cannabis retailer, growing the company to 320 employees with six marijuana dispensaries, three cultivation facilities, and two processing facilities in Arizona, Utah, and New Jersey.
Brandt transitioned from a career as a corporate attorney to an operator, leveraging her expertise in governance and compliance to strengthen her leadership roles. She served as President of the Utah Cannabis Association (2021–2023) and as a Board Member of the Arizona Dispensaries Association (2024–2025), representing all licensed marijuana operators in the state. She remains an active member of the Arizona Dispensaries Association, continuing to shape policy and advocate for the industry.
In her new role, Brandt’s extensive experience as a corporate lawyer and cannabis executive will continue to guide her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, drive operational excellence, and shape industry policy through her leadership and board service.
